8. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify our Customer Support team within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us verify your request, you may be asked to provide:

  • Clear photographs of the product
  • An unboxing video showing the issue

After verification, Shiv Kripa will arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

Claims submitted after 48 hours from the time of delivery may not be accepted.

9. Delivery Attempts & Undelivered Orders

Our courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts.

If delivery cannot be completed after repeated attempts due to:

  • Customer unavailability
  • Refusal to accept the package
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address

the shipment may be returned to Shiv Kripa.

Customers requesting re-dispatch of a returned order may be required to pay an additional ₹250 shipping charge before the order is shipped again.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, re-dispatch will be processed only after the full order amount along with applicable shipping charges has been paid in advance.

Your personal information is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
