Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
Orders placed before [X:00 PM IST] on business days (Monday–Saturday) are processed the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff time or on Sundays and public holidays are processed the next business day.
During peak festival seasons (Janmashtami, Navratri, Diwali, Holi, etc.), please allow an additional 1–2 business days for processing due to high demand.
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be sent via SMS/WhatsApp/email to your registered contact details.
2. Delivery Timelines

Business days exclude Sundays and national public holidays. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary based on courier partner availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and displayed clearly before payment. We do not add hidden charges.
4. Pincode Serviceability
We ship across India. To check if your pincode is serviceable, please enter your pincode at checkout. If your area is not currently covered by our delivery partners, we will notify you immediately and your order will not be charged.
For pincodes not serviceable by standard couriers, orders may be shipped via India Post (additional 2–4 days).
5. Our Shipping Partners
We work with trusted logistics partners including [Delhivery / Shiprocket / DTDC / Blue Dart / India Post] to ensure safe and timely delivery. The courier partner assigned to your order may vary by location and availability. All our packaging is done carefully to protect fragile items such as murti and glass items.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- A tracking number via SMS and WhatsApp
- A direct tracking link via email
- Real-time updates via WhatsApp (if opted in)

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on orders up to ₹[X,XXX]. Orders above this value must be prepaid.
COD is available at most pincodes across India. Serviceability is checked automatically at checkout. COD orders require phone/OTP verification before dispatch to ensure delivery accuracy and reduce failed deliveries.
We recommend prepaid payment for faster processing and a [5%] discount. COD attracts an additional handling fee of ₹[X].
Note: COD is not available on certain promotional/discounted offers. This will be clearly indicated on the product or offer page.
8. Failed Delivery / Undeliverable Packages
Our courier partner will attempt delivery [2–3] times before returning the package to us. In case of a failed delivery:
- You will be contacted via phone/SMS/WhatsApp before each attempt
- If all attempts fail, the order is returned to our warehouse (Return to Origin / RTO)
- For prepaid orders: a refund (minus shipping charges) will be initiated within [5–7] business days of RTO receipt
- Re-shipping of the same order can be arranged upon request and payment of fresh shipping charges
To avoid failed delivery, please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate at the time of ordering.
9. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged or tampered with:
- Do NOT accept the delivery if the package appears severely damaged or opened
- If damage is noticed after opening, contact us within [24–48 hours] of delivery with photos/video of the damaged item and packaging
- We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video as proof — claims without visual proof may not be accepted
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
10. Festival & Peak Season Delays
During high-demand festival seasons (Janmashtami, Navratri, Diwali, Holi, Raksha Bandhan), order volumes increase significantly. We advise placing orders at least [7–10 days] in advance of the festival date to ensure timely delivery. We cannot guarantee festival-specific delivery dates during peak seasons.
11. International Shipping
